KPH Studio begins all projects with a $1k Design Consultation, which is a two-hour working meeting at your home with you and our design team. We begin our work with a conversation about the scope and details of your project. We experience working together by walking through your home and/or your floor plans and reviewing your design wish list in detail. This jump start into your project allows us to create a design fee and budget guidelines for your individual design needs.
Our design fees are inclusive of design concepts and development. The KPH Studio team designs furniture plans and meets with our clients to present ideas.
Once furniture plans are approved, we source furnishings and meet to present this next phase of our designs. With approved plans and furnishings we create a comprehensive proposal to clients.
Upon approval of proposals, KPH Studio procures all furnishings including window and wall treatments, rugs and carpets, upholstered furnishings and casegoods, decorative lighting and accessories and artwork. We oversee the technical aspects of the order process, coordinating the progress from purchase to delivery through installation.
KPH Studio oversees the professional installation of all furnishings, accessories and artwork, ultimately creating a turnkey experience for our clients and bringing our bespoke designs to life.
We are available for hourly consultation to help select architectural finishes such as tile and stone, plumbing and lighting fixtures, millwork and built-ins, and paint schedules.
